I just noticed that Google has added to their Adsense program Youtube videos that come with adsense on them. The question is whether or not this is something you want to be putting on your site. Also picking a somewhat non commercial type video may be a good idea because you do not want to lose customers to the people making the videos. So picking something like a tutorial type video that is made simply to inform with no selling pitches in it could be the best way to go.
